About Us

My sincere ambition with Green Safari Africa, is to operate a sustainable hunt with proper game management improving populations, in various terms of quality.

About the Hunt

A very limited, strictly regulated, quota is distributed to our concession yearly. Official Game Park Rangers ensure compliance in every aspect. From our revenue, a significant part is pinpointed for poaching prevention, and massive efforts are undertaken to guard precious wildlife. All game meat is handed back to the local community.

Various game populations are monitored meticulously in regards of number and trend in Save Valley. For instance, the area is subjected to carry about 1.600 elephants, whilst current numbers are over 3.000 individuals, causing major problems for local farmers. Save Valley also have somewhat overpopulated lion numbers creating a conflict of interest with local livestock farming.

The area also hosts a 300 animal strong white rhino population, certainly not hunted commercially though, but still under constant exposure to poachers. These creatures will be safeguarded and especially looked after by Green Safari Africa.
